DUI Pled Down to Reckless Driving

I had a DUI arrest in Indiana last year and the state agreed to dismiss the charges if I pled guilty to reckless driving. I did. I have two questions: First, since the DUI was dismissed, could I ever get this arrest sealed (I've searched the Net for 'expungement' and could not get a definate answer regarding Indiana law). Second, if a police-officer were to 'run my license' at any given time from their squad car, would the see the arrest or only the R.D.? Thanks!
