**The DMV convictions/other DMV info normally are for law enforcement use. Generally the only time a police officer stopping you would know about your "Criminal" record is if you had a warrant out for some reason. Thinking of it again it is tough to say if they see your arrest or not. generally they have your DMV record which normally shows the conviction. But to see all that happened they usually have to fingerprint you again and they have to have a reason to fingerprint you.
