Nothing on FBI self-check so safe???

Hi all you helpful folks!
As you may remember, I posted some time ago about having a mdmr. conviction from years ago and getting my teacher's certification in a different state than where it occured. It was suggested that I get my own FBI fingerprint check - and see if anything comes up. I did this, and it showed up "no arrest", am I safe now? They really don't check every state or anything right? I'm still very worried, and need some reassurance.
