human defecating in yard

I live across the street from a busy train station. Lately, I have discovered that a person has been defecating in my yard (acutally, this has been going on for 6 months). If I catch this person on video, what charges to have this foul creature on? Criminal trespass...public defecation, indicent exposure? I am ready to move!.
