Felony theft over 300.00 and False report to officer

I have a PBJ on a felony theft over 300, and a false report to a police officer, I served my terms out and the pbj ended about 3 years ago. I need to have my arrest record cleared for a nursing license. The crime was commited in Maryland and I currently live in Oklahoma. I also have a Other than Honerable Discharge from the military for Misconduct. Please help........I pled guilty durring both pbj cases....Also I have a DUI on record in Maryland, they say that the records cannot be removed or expunged from existance..Some advice please.
