: I was arrested for "Domestic Violence" about 2 months ago, I was put in jail then bailed out, the next day. After going to court the case was dropped. I am guesing it was because there were no charges pressed or a report saying I was trying to hurt anyone. I am *totally* innocent and I was wondering what are my first steps in getting the arrest record deleted? Will a letter from the supposed victim help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
