i think you should hire a lawyer. they may be able to do the expungement for you, but the only thing you can get expunged is the arrest record, not your fingerprints, that's what I just found out. so that's probably why your expungement didn't go through. the fingerprints are there for life and cannot be expunged. but they will only be seen if you had to get fingerprints done for a gov't type job, such as military, healthcare, etc. good luck!
